Dr. Othman Shibly DDS
Periodontal Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Othman Shibly started his education at Damascus University in Syria, where he received his DDS degree in 1982. He then received his Certificate of Specialty in Periodontics in 1986.
In 1991, he received a Master Degree in Periodontology from Damascus University. In 1995, from the University at Buffalo, Dr. Shibly received his Master of Oral Science Degree and his Doctor of Dental Science Degree . In 1999 he received his Periodontology Certificate of specialty. He became American Diplomate of Periodontology in 2004.
Dr. Shibly has also been involved in promoting understanding and cultural compatibility between the West and the East based on shared common values.
He also received a Certificate of Appreciation from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, acknowledging contribution to the Spirituality and End-of-Life Care Project in the Department of Family Medicine, 2009.
Dr. Shibly performs numerous humanitarian efforts each year and is a highly accomplished and awarded periodontal professional who values education and caring for fellow human.
